LumiAgent AI-Powered Video Intelligence
LumiAgent is a new AI technology for LumiCloud and LumiCenter that delivers a query-based video search experience powered by Vision Language Models (VLMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
This innovation brings an entirely new level of intelligence to video security search. Luminys is now transforming raw video data into natural language-searchable events. LumiAgent allows operators to interact with video as easily as they would search the web.
With LumiAgent, users can simply type natural-language queries such as: "Find cyclist in a green shirt."
The platform returns the most relevant video event results-dramatically reducing the time and effort required to locate critical recorded video.
LumiAgent QS (Quick Serve) is a query-event-alert based Al agent for LumiCloud focused around queuing management to better serve customers by managing wait time, transaction time and offers dashboard indicators for sales conversion and transaction time.
For example, a user would type: "Find longest wait time for order over the last 3 days" and the relevant search results will be found and presented to the user for review.
In addition, LumiAgent can also create auto generate event summaries in LumiCloud describing the video, such as: "A person walks along a sidewalk and approaches the entrance of a building. The person opens the glass door and enters the building."
