OUR PRODUCTS - Lightning Strikes®
Lightning Strikes® patented lighting effects technology offers dramatically bright light and precise control of lighting effects for film and television sets, locations, theatres, arenas, amusement parks, fashion runways, and concert stages.
Lightning Strikes® fixtures are mainly used to reproduce a natural lightning effect, explosion, or other bright flash effect where intensity and precise control are important. Light Strikes offers:
- Traditional linear, focusable linear and parabolic design.
- 5600 Kelvin Daylight.
- Dimmability to 20% of their output without losing or changing color temperature.
- Limit of the shortest flash duration to 1/24th of a second.
- Full functionality with all Lightning Strikes Controllers.
In recognition of the positive impact that Lightning Strikes’ technology has had on feature film production, in 1996 the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honored the Company with a Technical Achievement Award for its development of the product.
