David Pringle

David started in the film industry as a camera assistant in 1965. In the 1970’s, he became a partner of Technovision Cameras working in Rome and London. David came to Los Angeles in 1979, and in 1984 founded Optech, Inc., which later became Lightning Strikes, Inc., with the goal of designing, building and renting specialized light fixtures. David has received two Technical Achievement Awards from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and a Primetime Emmy from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for the development of Lightning Strikes and SoftSun. David has also been an inventor for numerous patents related to lighting and optics. |

Eric Golden

Before launching Imagility, Eric Golden was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Panavision Inc. Prior to Panavision, Eric served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Washington Redskins and Vice President and Special Counsel to the Chairman for MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from Brown University. |

Richard Amadril
President

Richard served as an executive of Panavision for more than 13 years. Most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Panavision Remote Systems, he oversaw the rapidly developing division which doubled its revenue in his first year and expanded its reach globally. While at Panavision, Amadril was awarded a patent for the PANAMOUNT™ (the universal camera mount for Technocranes) in 2007. He also conceived the idea for iPhone app PANASCOUT™ which became a top-grossing download.
Amadril attended the University of Southern California, where his passion for filmmaking began. He has been active in various roles of both cast and crew, starting as a production assistant on independent films produced by Roger Corman, and founding his own production company. |
